Business Developer

We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to drive growth and expand our client base The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities build strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and company objectives Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and sales pitches Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue growth Collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to align strategies and efforts Monitor and analyze sales performance market trends and competitor activities Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to generate leads Develop strategic plans to achieve longterm business growth Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development progress Qualifications Proven experience in business development sales or related roles Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities Resultsdriven with excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
