Responsibilities Manage endtoend construction execution for lowrise villa projects Lead site teams subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery Plan and monitor project schedules manpower and material resources Ensure compliance with quality standards HSE requirements and local regulations Coordinate with consultants stakeholders and internal departments for smooth execution Monitor progress resolve site issues and report project updates to management Control project costs variations and site documentation as required Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering mandatory Must be currently residing in the UAE 7 years of construction management experience Minimum 4 years experience within the UAE Proven track record in delivering lowrise villa projects Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills Immediate availability preferred
