Cashier Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Process sales transactions accurately including cash credit debit cards and digital payments Ensure proper invoicing of jewellery items and maintain records of transactions Greet customers warmly and assist with paymentrelated queries Handle exchanges refunds and returns in compliance with company policies Maintain updated stock records for jewellery items during billing Perform daily cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies to the management Adhere to cash handling and jewellery security protocols Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations Assist in packaging and secure handling of jewellery items Support the sales team during busy hours Qualifications and Skills Experience Minimum 12 years as a cashier preferably in the jewellery industry Education High school diploma or equivalent degree in accounting or finance is a plus Proficiency in operating billing systems and POS machines Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate billing and cash reconciliation Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively Attention to detail to avoid errors in transactions or invoices Knowledge Basic understanding of jewellery grading pricing and industry practices is preferred
