Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director Sales to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team in a rapidly evolving market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales department
- Oversee the development and management of sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting
- Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive innovation in sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and revenue management principlesExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsAdvanced proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suiteExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinking and analytical capabilities to drive data-informed decision-makingExperience in managing complex sales cycles and large-scale client accountsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditionsWillingness to travel within the region as requiredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plusAdditional Information
