Business Development Lead – UAE (Dubai Abu Dhabi)

As we expand into the Middle East, we’re seeking a driven, well-connected individual to help us establish and grow our presence in the UAE - starting with you.

Role Overview

You will be the first hire in Dubai and act as the face of Mediatropy in the region. Your mission : to open doors, drive leads, and win business with UAE-based and regional clients.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team in Singapore and be supported by our centralized regional operations, media, creative, and development teams. This is a rare opportunity to shape a market from the ground up with the backing of an established agency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across the UAE and wider GCC region, driving new business opportunities
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with senior brand stakeholders, including CMOs, marketing leads, and decision-makers
• Act as the face of Mediatropy in the region, representing the agency at key events, conferences, and industry gatherings
• Partner with the Group CEO and strategy team to craft compelling, tailored proposals and pitch presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery
• Contribute to shaping our local market positioning, strategic partnerships, and future team growth roadmap
