My client, a leading design business in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take charge of their marketing efforts and drive their business to new heights.

Since their founding, my client has become a key player in the education and leisure industries across the UAE and the Middle East. They design, build, and manufacture bespoke playhouses, climbing frames, soft play areas, and more. With a dynamic and fast-paced culture, they reward hard work and innovation.

The Role:

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing all creative content, and overseeing performance-driven marketing initiatives, with a focus on video content and digital advertising. You will take ownership of the entire marketing plan, working closely with the Sales team to generate project inquiries and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance-driven marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Manage digital advertising across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, optimizing ROI and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with an SEO consultant to enhance organic visibility and manage paid search campaigns.
• Create engaging video content that showcases my client’s bespoke playground design services and products.
• Oversee social media and digital ad campaigns, continuously optimizing for growth and engagement.
• Maintain a strong online presence with compelling copywriting for emails, landing pages, and social media.
• Develop and refine the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business goals and work with the Sales team to generate actionable leads.

About You:

• Dynamic and creative marketer with expertise in video content creation and digital advertising.
• Proven experience in driving lead generation and performance marketing, particularly in product-based sectors.
• Skilled in managing digital advertising across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Strong knowledge of SEO and experience collaborating with external consultants.
• Ideally experienced in taking a product or service international, with a passion for supporting global expansion.
• Multi-skilled, hardworking, and driven to succeed with a hands-on approach to content creation.
• A valid driving license is essential.
