We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Customer Service Documentation Executive to join our clearing and forwarding company The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling import export documentation coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth communication between our operations team and customers Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage all shipping and customs documentation BLs invoices packing lists etc Communicate with clients regarding shipment updates inquiries and service issuesCoordinate with shipping lines transporters and customs for timely clearanceMaintain accurate records of shipments client files and correspondenceRespond to client calls emails professionally and promptlySupport the operations team with any documentation or followup tasks as needed
