Job Position Ecommerce Trainer Company Name Meer Group Location Deira Port Saeed Dubai Salary Attractive package Timings 9 hours day 5 5 days week Looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Trainer in Ecommerce You must have handson experience in Amazon Noon and Shopify platforms and a passion for mentoring aspiring sellers This is a fulltime onsite role in Dubai Key Responsibilities Design and implement effective and uptodate training programs Lead and manage a team of trainers Ensure all course content remains relevant engaging and resultsoriented Collect and analyze student feedback to enhance training delivery Achieve and maintain a 50 success rate in student outcomes sales testimonials etc Collaborate with Support and Sales teams for seamless student onboarding Submit monthly training reports track trainer and student performance metrics Oversee the creation of video trainings webinars and recorded sessions Enforce discipline punctuality and uphold high training standards Requirements 2 3 years of experience in Ecommerce training Amazon Noon Shopify Education management skills Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
