Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager with extensive experience overseeing complex, large-scale projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the construction phases of our AI-driven data centers—projects that require strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards. You will work in close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and operational readiness for mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Oversight

• Lead all on-site construction activities, coordinating directly with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure alignment with project design specifications and operational requirements, maintaining a focus on quality and precision.
• Utilize Primavera P6 or MS Project to develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Identify and address potential delays, bottlenecks, or resource constraints, implementing corrective measures to keep the project on track.
• Proactively identify risks - such as supply chain issues, labor shortages, or weather disruptions - and devise mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain open communication with project stakeholders to facilitate quick decision-making.
