Operation Manager Onshore

Responsibilities Oversee and manage daytoday onshore operations efficiently Develop operational strategies to improve productivity and quality Monitor performance metrics workflows and resource utilization Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and local laws Coordinate between departments vendors and clients to meet operational goals Prepare reports budgets and forecasts for management review Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions Lead mentor and manage onshore teams to achieve targets Requirements Minimum 5 10 years of experience in operations management preferably onshore projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in onshore operations
