Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products and services

Manage end-to-end sales cycle -from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align growth efforts
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
The Successful Applicant
3-7 years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales-preferably in Fin-tech, Banking or Financial services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-starter with a growth mindset and a hands-on approach
Strong analytic and strategic thinking abilities
