About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to play a critical role in accelerating sales growth, expanding our market presence, and driving revenue across key segments. In this position, you will develop and execute scalable sales strategies, cultivate high-value client relationships, and identify strategic partnership opportunities aligned with our vision. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is eager to take ownership of the sales function.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Own and exceed revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals and market conditions.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across key verticals and strategic accounts to ensure consistent deal flow and revenue.
  • Identify, prioritize, and close high-impact partnerships and enterprise accounts that provide long-term value.
  • Lead pricing, negotiations, and contractual discussions to maximize profitability.
  • Forecast revenue accurately and report sales metrics with insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign ROI.

Who we're looking for

  • 6–10+ years in B2B / B2C sales, with at least 3 years in fintech or SaaS.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong network within the fintech or financial services sector is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
