SearchPlus HR is inviting applications for the position of Specialist / Consultant in Family Medicine. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services focused on the health and well-being of patients across all age demographics. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing a range of medical conditions, while also emphasizing the importance of preventative health practices.
As a Specialist / Consultant, you will work closely with patients to manage chronic illnesses, perform regular check-ups, and guide health management plans. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to patient care and a commitment to building long-term relationships with individuals and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and health management plans
- Provide preventive care, including wellness checks, immunizations, and screenings
- Educate patients and their families about health management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care
- Document patient interactions thoroughly in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
