About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Executive to join our Middle East team in Dubai on a temporary / project basis. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class visual merchandising execution across our retail network, ensuring brand consistency, commercial excellence and an elevated consumer journey in-store.

You will work closely with Brand, Retail and regional teams to bring global guidelines to life through localized, high-impact visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Execution

• Develop layout and promotional VM guidelines in line with Brand direction and cascade to Retail Partners and Field Teams.
• Ensure excellence in execution through VM checklists, regular store visits, and timely feedback.
• Support key door openings, new store and counter launches in coordination with Store Development and external stakeholders.
• Lead VM training sessions to coach and develop Retail Partners and store teams.
• Maintain strong alignment with Brand Marketing Calendars and VM briefs.
• Adapt global assets, prepare simulations, and seek Brand approvals prior to execution.
• Manage planograms, adapting for different store concepts and local requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for all VM-related topics for stores and Retail Partners.
