Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic B2B Sales Closer to drive new business growth for their fast-growing digital marketing agency in Dubai. As a proven sales professional with a track record in high-ticket service sales, you'll be responsible for closing qualified leads, nurturing high-potential prospects, and representing the agency in key sales conversations with mid-size and large organizations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Process : Manage sales from discovery to close, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Lead Qualification : Qualify leads and convert them into high-value clients using value-based selling.
- Sales Calls : Conduct consultative calls to understand client needs and position our services.
- Proposals : Develop and present custom proposals with our strategy team.
- Collaboration : Work with marketing and outreach teams to optimize the sales funnel and drive revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking : Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and report on sales performance.
- Client Relationships : Maintain strong communication with clients before handover to account management.
Requirements :
Experience : 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in UAE, with a track record of closing 5-6 figure deals.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth services.Communication Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with C-level executives.Emotional Intelligence : High emotional intelligence to drive value-based sales conversations.Self-Motivation : Results-driven and target-focused, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.Technical Skills : Experience with CRMs and sales automation tools.Preferred Qualifications : -
