Interior Designer

About the Role : We are a fast-growing real estate development firm seeking a talented Interior Designer to help shape the aesthetics and functionality of our properties. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a deep understanding of market-driven design, space planning, and materials sourcing tailored for large-scale development projects. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with development, sales, and marketing teams to create design concepts that increase property value and appeal.
• Design interior layouts, materials boards, and color palettes for residential units, lobbies, and amenities.
• Produce detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Select finishes, fixtures, furniture, and lighting that align with budget and project timelines.
• Oversee design execution on-site and coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers.
• Assist with model unit staging and visual merchandising strategies for sales / leasing centers.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals.
• Stay current on design trends, competitive developments, and buyer / renter preferences.
