AtkinsRéalis is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee commercial and contractual activities for one of the three major packages of the UAE High-Speed Rail (HSR) Intercity Project - Phase 1 :

Civil Works - Abu Dhabi (CW AD)

Civil Works - Dubai (CW DU)

Rail Systems, Power, Depots, Rolling Stock & Track (RSY)

This consultant-side role is responsible for managing contract administration, change control, cost forecasting, and commercial risk mitigation across the assigned package. The Commercial Manager will work closely with the client, contractors, and internal teams to ensure commercial transparency, compliance with the Contract, and alignment with programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration

• Administer and manage the main contract and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with the Contract's terms and conditions, including FIDIC-based provisions.
• Review contractor submissions, claims, and payment applications for accuracy and contractual alignment.

Change & Claims Management

Cost Control & Forecasting

Procurement & Subcontractor Coordination

Risk & Performance Monitoring

Stakeholder Engagement
