Job Position Sales Coordinator Company Name Lichfield Fire Safety Equipment Co LTD Location Market Dubai UAE We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at LIFECO As a Sales Coordinator you will play a role in supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless operations across departments You ll manage order processing handle customer inquiries and help drive sales efforts by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate records This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in the fire and safety industry Dubai careers UAE job market Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in processing orders customer inquiries and following up on leads Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery of products Prepare and organize sales documentation including sales order Country of Origin proforma Invoice and delivery permission Manage customer accounts ensuring accurate records and data entry in the Oracle ERP system Qualifications 23 years in a sales or customer service role preferably within the fire and safety industry or a related field Proficiency in Oracle R12 ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problemsolving Detailoriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment Native Spanish proficiency and excellent English communicator both verbal and written
