Location Jeddah Saudi Arabia Job Category Construction Real Estate Engineering Technical Company Overview IFAS is a leading organization specializing in Maintenance Operations and Facility Management FM With a strong reputation for qualitydriven solutions and operational excellence IFAS continues to support largescale facilities across Saudi Arabia As part of our growth strategy we are expanding our technical team in Jeddah Job Responsibilities QC Engineer Monitor and ensure quality standards across maintenance and facility management projects Conduct inspections related to waterproofing works and FM activities Prepare quality reports NCRs and corrective action plans Ensure compliance with project specifications drawings and industry standards Coordinate with site teams and management to maintain quality benchmarks QS Engineer Prepare and review BOQs cost estimates and quantity takeoffs Monitor project costs and variations related to FM and waterproofing works Assist in contract administration measurement certification and cost control Prepare progress reports and support financial forecasting Coordinate with project and procurement teams for accurate cost management Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QC or QS roles Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering Proven experience in Waterproofing and Facility Management FM projects Strong analytical problemsolving and reporting skills Arabic communication skills are an advantage Immediate availability to join is mandatory Benefits Competitive salary package based on experience Opportunity to work with a reputed FM organization in Saudi Arabia Professional growth and exposure to largescale facility projects Supportive and performancedriven work environment
