About The Role

As Captain at White Beach, you will assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager by providing hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure the highest levels of service and courtesy are maintained for our guests. You will deliver an exceptional standard of service, drive training needs based on the Milos sequence of service aligned with brand standards, and have a flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. The Captain will also provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues and demonstrate deep knowledge of Jaleo food and beverage offerings.

About You

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in hospitality, including 1-2 years in a Captain or Supervisor role, with a proven track record in beach clubs or fine dining restaurants. Excellent communication skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, supervising diverse teams, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
