We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA / QC Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our engineering projects, implementing robust quality assurance processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and company objectives
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation, including reports, metrics, and performance indicators
• Lead and participate in quality-related meetings and reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Train and mentor staff on quality control processes, best practices, and the use of quality assurance tools
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance and control
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in all quality-related activities
