Their offerings include expert faculty, e-learning, coaching, and blended assessments aimed at enhancing individual contributions and business performance.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver the MEA commercial plan through disciplined execution and strategic intellect.
• Leverage resources to increase brand awareness.
• Manage a team of commercial managers and promote thought leadership, ensuring team development.
• Report to the Client Solutions, Managing Director with regular updates on business performance, challenges, and opportunities, maintaining a revenue-focused approach.
• Identify, manage, and develop new commercial opportunities within financial services and other relevant sectors.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives for MEA, shaping messaging across media channels to boost commercial awareness.
• Achieve key performance indicators and financial targets, driving performance.
• Apply strong L&D knowledge of the regional product segment to develop effective sales plans.
• Interpret emerging market themes into actionable commercial strategies.
