This is a well-established not-for-profit organisation dedicated to its mission of making a meaningful impact. With a moderate-sized team, the organisation values a structured approach to human resources and compliance to ensure effective operations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and organisational policies.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to support employee development.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor and enhance employee performance and retention strategies.

A successful HR Manager should have :

  • A degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for effective record-keeping.
  • Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts amicably.
