Teacher

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Teacher for our school in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects to students aged 8-14, planning and delivering lessons, preparing and marking assessments, monitoring student performance and providing feedback, as well as developing a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of subjects to students aged 8-14
• Plan and deliver lessons
• Prepare and mark assessments
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback
• Develop a positive learning environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Previous experience teaching in an educational setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to motivate students to achieve their best
• Knowledge of different teaching methods and techniques
• Understanding of classroom management principles
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, if needed
• Ability to relate well with school staff, administrators and parents
• A valid UAE residence visa (for foreign candidates)
