Overview
Job Summary : We are seeking a Construction Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to oversee construction projects and ensure smooth implementation of MEP systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the installation and commissioning of MEP systems in construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure MEP systems meet design specifications and project requirements.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and quality control plans for MEP work.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure adherence to safety and industry standards.
- Coordinate with authorities, third-party inspectors, and clients to obtain necessary approvals and permits for MEP installations.
