IT & Intelligent Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT & Intelligent Automation Specialist with 3-4 years of professional experience in AI / ML, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and IT infrastructure (hardware, networking, systems support). This role bridges the gap between traditional IT operations and next-generation intelligent automation, playing a key role in streamlining internal systems and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• AI & Automation
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI models for document processing, prediction, or classification tasks using Python or ML platforms.
• Design, build, and optimize RPA bots using platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Analyze manual workflows and propose automation opportunities that drive measurable ROI.
• Integrate AI / ML models into RPA pipelines and enterprise tools.
• IT Support & Networking
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware components (workstations, servers, printers, mobile devices).
• Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network health, performance, and security using standard tools and logs.
• Provide L1 / L2 technical support to end users and ensure uptime of essential IT systems.
• Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand process needs and deliver solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system configuration logs.
• Train end users on automation tools and AI-powered features as needed.
