Overview
The ideal candidate should possess excellent IT and communication skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR systems. The role requires multitasking, coordination with different departments / agencies, and flexibility to work extended hours when required.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Manage recruitment coordination, including liaising with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback to candidates / agencies.
- Assist in sourcing profiles from job portals, databases, and manpower supply agencies.
- Ensure compliance documentation and employee files are complete and up to date.
- Prepare reports, HR analytics, and maintain accurate Excel trackers.
