As a Country Sales Director, you will lead the execution of OFSE sales strategies within the UAE, driving customer engagement, opportunity development, and flawless service delivery. Ensure alignment with Baker Hughes’ HSE culture and customer expectations while promoting the value proposition of OFSE offerings.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies for OFSE in the UAE.
- Identify new opportunities to build a strong pipeline and achieve growth targets.
Customer Engagement
Drive customer engagement and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Promote OFSE value proposition and deliver tailored solutions.Collaboration
Coordinate across functional groups (technology, engineering, finance, legal, billing, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.Work closely with Global HQ and regional teams to align on commercial intensity plans.Operational Excellence
Support flawless service delivery and execution.Engage customers to resolve issues promptly and effectively.Market Intelligence
Provide input into Total Available Market (TAM) and Served Available Segment (SAS) analysis.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Reporting & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE standards, and compliance requirements.To be successful in this role you need to have :
10-15 Years Experience within Oil Field Services Industry, UAE Experience PreferredBachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of oilfield services and energy sector dynamics.Knowledge of sales strategy development, market analysis, and commercial operations.Familiarity with HSE standards and compliance requirements.Exposure to market intelligence, forecasting, and strategic planning.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage complex projects.Experience in customer relationship management and key account handling.Key Performance Metrics and Success Measures
