Hiring HR Admin Officer Location Dubai UAE Company Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin Officer to join our team The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in the construction or contracting industry Key Responsibilities Maintain employee records contracts and personal files Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes Handle visa processing medical and Emirates ID applications Track attendance leave and maintain HR reports Support payroll preparation and employee documentation Manage daytoday office administration and support departments Draft letters memos and manage correspondence Coordinate with PRO government portals MOHRE ICA etc Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field Minimum 1 year of HR Admin experience UAE experience preferred Knowledge of UAE labor law visa processing WPS Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word Outlook Good communication skills in English Can join immediately or within short notice preferred
