Position Public Relations Officer PRO Real Estate Industry Real Estate Government Relations Employment Type Full Time Experience Proven UAE experience as a PRO preferably within the real estate sector Qualification Diploma or bachelor s degree holder relevant certification or experience in PRO services Salary AED 4 6 Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Company Gestprivilege Real Estate LLC Description Public Relations Officer PRO Real Estate Gestprivilege Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Public Relations Officer PRO to support daytoday real estate operations and manage all interactions with UAE government authorities The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of real estate related government procedures and the ability to independently handle official documentation and approvals Key Responsibilities Manage all governmentrelated transactions for the company including labor immigration and municipality processes Handle real estate specific documentation such as Trakheesi RERA DLD and brokerrelated approvals Liaise with UAE government authorities to ensure full compliance with real estate regulations and licensing requirements Process employment visas Emirates ID applications labor contracts and company renewals accurately and on time Requirements Proven experience in the UAE as a Public Relations Officer ideally within the real estate industry Strong understanding of UAE labor laws visa procedures and real estate regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic Ability to manage multiple government processes efficiently with minimal supervision
