Description

The Subcontracting Engineer will be responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating subcontractor activities to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess subcontractor performance and adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop subcontracting strategies and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with subcontractors to achieve optimal outcomes for the project.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and payment requests in accordance with contract agreements.
• Assist in the selection and evaluation of subcontractors based on performance metrics and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of subcontractor performance and documentation for reporting purposes.
