SITE ENGINEER

JOB OPENING : SITE ENGINEER ACE VISION METAL AND STEEL WORKS LLC – DUBAI EXPEREINCE - 3-5 Yrs of Experience in Steel Construction industry. Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Supervise the execution of steel structure installation and erection works as per approved drawings, safety standards, and project specifications
• Review and interpret fabrication and erection drawings (Tekla, AutoCAD) to ensure accurate implementation on site
• Coordinate with the design, drafting, and engineering teams to resolve technical queries and drawing discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to address site-related issues and ensure alignment with project goals
• Liaise with the fabrication shop and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and correct sequencing of materials to the site
• Monitor site progress and ensure that erection methods comply with approved connection details and engineering practices
• Provide daily site updates, prepare progress reports, and assist in documentation such as site inspection requests and as-built drawings
• Ensure proper installation of structural components, including welding, bolting, and alignment according to project tolerances
• Enforce site safety, quality assurance, and compliance with company and client standards
• Support and guide site supervisors, foremen, and erection crews with technical input and on-ground problem-solving
• Maintain effective documentation and communication with internal project teams for continuous workflow updates
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of GCC experience in steel structure erection or related field
• GCC driving license preferred to enable independent site mobility and coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and coordinate with all stakeholders
