We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen staff, creating menus and new dishes, developing recipes and creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen staff
• Create menus and new dishes
• Develop recipes
• Foster a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Strong culinary background with at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a Chef
• Excellent knowledge in all aspects of food preparation, including sanitation, seasoning techniques and presentation
• A proven record of leading teams and working with multiple cuisines (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
