    The ideal candidate forthis Bartender position should have a minimum of 2 years ofprevious experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise inbartending and preferably holding a WSET Level 2 certification orequivalent bar courses. International experience is highlyregarded. We seek an individual who is outgoing, confident, andpossesses excellent communication skills. They should exhibit theright attitude, be flexible, and excel as a team player even inhigh-pressure situations. Analytical thinking, sincerity, anddependability are key traits we value. This candidate should leadby example, embracing a dynamic and energetic approach with apositive "can-do" attitude. They must have theability to perform effectively and maintain composure underpressure.
