As aBartender, your role will be to work alongside the head bartenderin planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of theBar's operations. This includes maintaining a clean andorderly workspace, delivering consistent service that aligns withOne&Only One Za'abeel Standard Opening Procedures,and striving to maximize revenue and profit in accordance with thebudget and forecast.

The ideal candidate forthis Bartender position should have a minimum of 2 years ofprevious experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise inbartending and preferably holding a WSET Level 2 certification orequivalent bar courses. International experience is highlyregarded. We seek an individual who is outgoing, confident, andpossesses excellent communication skills. They should exhibit theright attitude, be flexible, and excel as a team player even inhigh-pressure situations. Analytical thinking, sincerity, anddependability are key traits we value.
