We are recruiting Primary Teachers for a well-established private English-medium Private school group in the UAE, with positions available across multiple campuses.

In-person interviews will be held in Dublin on 11 February 2026. Attendance in person is essential for consideration.

Interview locations are aligned with potential job placements, and offers may be made on the spot for successful candidates.

About the Schools

This large KG–Grade 12 international school group delivers an English-medium education combining :

American curriculum (Common Core aligned) IB philosophy and approaches to learning Some campuses hold IB School status, enabling students to graduate with a US High School Diploma, and, where applicable, the IB Diploma. Advanced Placement (AP) courses are also available.

The student population is predominantly local Emirati, and teachers should be confident working in a 100% ESL environment. These are not Western expatriate schools.

Role Requirements

Applicants must have :

A degree relevant to the teaching age range or subject A recognised teaching licence A clean police / criminal record check Minimum two years post-qualification teaching experience (Ministry requirement) Willingness to work in a culturally diverse ESL environment Experience with American Curriculum and / or IB is highly valued Teachers should demonstrate :

Strong subject knowledge and pedagogy Collaborative and collegial practice Data-informed instruction and assessment literacy Differentiation and student engagement skills Effective instructional strategies Confidence with educational technology Employment Package

Tax-free monthly salary : approx.
