Legal Officer

We are recruiting a Legal Officer for our client, a leading cement manufacturing company in Fujairah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting, vetting, and finalizing commercial and legal agreements
• Coordinating with business divisions for the timely execution, registration, day-to-day handling, and renewal of agreements
• Identifying potential legal issues and mitigating risks associated with company operations
• Providing legal advice on corporate matters and seeking external counsel when necessary
• Managing legal risks and advising on legal issues or concerns
• Handling contract management and maintaining the legal database
• Coordinating with trademark attorneys to protect intellectual property rights
• Managing trade license renewals and legal document registrations
