Job Description :
Support facilities engineering and technically lead the team for FM Activities in the Projects.
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
- Maintain and operate all HVAC systems, MEP System, and other systems with maintenance and building repairs.
- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.
- Monitor and supervise Preventive Maintenance contracts.
- Perform activities conforming with EH&S Policy, applicable regulatory, company EH&S rules and requirements.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
- Review and understand equipment and methods of operation.
- Maintain compliance with authority regulations and standards.
- Support any after-hours building maintenance needs and activities as required.
- Attend training sessions and seminars on potential improvement in FM trends.
- Liaise with Authorities when required for company certification needs like SIRA, Civil Defense, and other Specialized Licenses.
Experience :
Minimum 1-2 Years’ Experience in FM Field.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputed University.
