Head of Admissions

Overview

Applications are invited from outstanding professionals with a proven track record in admissions, marketing, or related areas of school leadership. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the admissions process in a competitive international school environment and a clear ability to work strategically to attract, engage, and enrol mission-aligned families.

We are looking for a highly committed individual with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a confident and articulate ambassador for the school, capable of building strong relationships with prospective families and colleagues alike. They should be adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile British-international school setting.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head and will work closely with senior leaders across the school, including the Head of Marketing and Communications, to ensure that the admissions process reflects the school’s ethos, values, and growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the admissions strategy to attract, engage, and enrol mission-aligned families.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to align admissions messaging with the school’s ethos and values.
• Manage the admissions process to ensure a smooth, informative, and timely experience for applicants and families.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, colleagues, and external partners.
• Represent the school as an ambassador in communications and events, fostering a positive school profile.
