Quality Controller

Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field Certifications such as ISO Six Sigma or QA QC Engineering are an advantage Knowledge of quality control standards inspection methods and testing procedures Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials components and finished products Ensure all products and processes meet company standards and project specifications Implement and monitor quality assurance QA and quality control QC procedures Prepare inspection reports test results and nonconformance NCR documentation Coordinate with production engineering and procurement teams to resolve quality issues Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Support internal and external audits and maintain quality records Ensure compliance with ISO client and regulatory quality standards Experience Requirements Minimum 3 5 years of experience in QA QC roles within manufacturing construction or oil gas industries Familiarity with international standards ASTM ASME ISO etc
