We are seeking a driven Senior Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team while also closing personal deals. This role combines leadership (managing team performance, strategy, reporting) with individual sales (sourcing, negotiating, closing).
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to hit targets.
- Assign leads, monitor performance, and implement coaching.
- Coordinate with Marketing for quality lead flow.
- Ensure compliance with RERA / DLD and company SOPs.
- Build and manage a personal pipeline (off-plan & secondary).
- Run full sales cycles from listing to closing.
Qualifications
