What you'll be doing

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will manage distribution, deliver revenue and profit targets, and support brand objectives with designated distributors in Bahrain and Oman. Your role involves developing joint business plans, leveraging in-store excellence, marketing, and trade strategies to create value and ensure distributor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distributor organizations to meet business needs.
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and market share goals.
  • Negotiate terms, set targets, and manage trade spend with stakeholders.
  • Drive sales through regular reviews and growth initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial discipline.
  • Collaborate to set monthly retail plans based on targets and seasonality.
  • Maintain inventory levels aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial and financial skills, with budget and P&L experience.
  • Proven experience working with multiple distributors in the Middle East.
  • Experience across various sales channels, including department stores, perfumeries, and supermarkets.
  • Strategic, with negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Willing and able to travel within the GCC.
  • Experience with mass-market makeup brands is a plus.
