Job Description

AtkinsRéalis is looking for an Associate Project Manager with experience in managing large-scale multi-disciplinary projects within the UAE and the GCC Region. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the Middle East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects within the UAE and GCC Region, supporting the Project Manager in managing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client requirements. Responsibilities include establishing project objectives, developing plans, managing budgets, overseeing scheduling, managing risks, and ensuring health and safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate project scope, fee, deliverables, and schedule with the team.
• Manage sub-consultants' agreements and payments.
• Ensure the Project Execution Plan addresses design management requirements.
• Support the production of project management documents and standard forms.
• Assist in risk identification and management.
• Manage scope changes and extensions.
• Coordinate resourcing with technical leads and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide regular internal and external project reports.
• Ensure quality system compliance.
• Conduct debriefs with clients.
• Assist in financial, technical, and contractual aspects of project work.
