IT Assistant

Location JAFZA Dubai UAE Employment Type FullTime We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Assistant to support our logistics operations The ideal candidate will maintain IT systems assist users and ensure smooth daily operations of hardware software and network systems Key Responsibilities Provide firstlevel technical support to staff and resolve IT issues Maintain and troubleshoot hardware PCs printers scanners etc Manage software installations updates and licensing Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues Support logistics software and ensure data backup and security Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation Requirements Diploma Bachelor s degree in IT or related field 2 4 years of experience in IT support Logistics experience is a plus Familiar with Windows OS networking and basic server administration Strong problemsolving and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and support multilocation teams
