NovaPilot is a new technology venture in Dubai, founded by an accomplished software architect with a proven history of building successful large-scale platforms. Recognized for academic excellence and a Mensa member , he now brings this expertise to Dubai to build something extraordinary.

Our vision is to create an elite team of architects who combine technical mastery with humility and collaboration. We look for people who own problems, invent solutions, and inspire those around them . As one of the first joiners , you’ll work directly with our founder, taking high responsibility and helping shape both the company’s products and its culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex problems end-to-end : from understanding the challenge to delivering the solution.
  • Invent scalable architectures that solve problems others consider impossible.
  • Research and design algorithms that push the boundaries of efficiency, scalability, and intelligence.
  • Analyze existing solutions and architectures , identifying weaknesses, trade-offs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Consult with stakeholders to translate complexity into clarity and influence decisions.
  • Mentor and empower developers , raising the level of the entire team.
  • Build frameworks and reusable components that accelerate innovation across projects.
  • Take ownership as an early joiner, helping set both engineering standards and company culture .

About You

We’re looking for more than just a strong developer — we’re looking for a leader in technology and ideas . You bring :

  • A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field .
  • Strong foundation in mathematics, algorithms, and computational theory .
  • Experience with algorithm research : analyzing complexity, optimizing performance, and designing novel approaches.
  • Deep expertise in C# / .NET .
  • Strong background in distributed systems and microservices .
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or Kubernetes .
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi or Terraform).
  • AI / ML skills : practical experience designing or integrating intelligent systems (e.g., recommendation engines, predictive models, or AI-driven frameworks).
  • Proven ability to convince stakeholders and guide technical discussions.
  • A natural drive to mentor, share knowledge, and lift others up .
  • Based in Dubai, UAE (no relocation provided).
