CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator Programmer

Responsible for operating setting up and programming CNC fiber laser cutting machines for steel plates and profiles ensuring safe operation highquality output and compliance with production schedules Key Responsibilities Operate and program CNC Fiber Laser machines Load edit and optimize cutting programs CNC NC files Set cutting parameters based on material type and thickness Perform routine and preventive maintenance lenses nozzles optics Monitor cutting quality tolerances and machine performance Follow strict safety procedures and PPE requirements Coordinate with nesting programming and production teams Report machine faults breakdowns and deviations Requirements Minimum 4 6 years experience as CNC Fiber Laser Operator Programmer Strong knowledge of CNC programming for laser cutting Experience cutting MS SS and GI plates Ability to read shop drawings and AutoCAD files Good understanding of workshop safety and quality standards Preferred Experience with Trumpf Bystronic Amada Bodor Han s Laser or similar GCC UAE experience is an advantage Company Profile At The Metal Cube Metal Industry LLC we are devoted to excellence in steel construction With a wealth of experience in designing fabricating and installing steel structures we have established ourselves as a premier partner for clients across diverse industries
