Position Finance Manager Employment Type Onsite Experience 7 10 years Qualification Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field professional qualification CA ACCA CPA CMA preferred Salary AED to Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Company FreshOnTable DWC LLC Description We re Hiring Finance Manager FreshOnTable is an impactdriven AgriTech platform that connects local farms and food producers with hotels restaurants and consumers As we scale we re seeking a handson Finance Manager to lead our finance function and embed financial discipline across the business Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Finance team ensuring accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial analysis to guide business decisions Oversee cash flow management working capital optimisation and banking relationships Ensure compliance with UAE statutory requirements including VAT Corporate Tax and WPS Coordinate external and internal audits and maintain robust internal control frameworks Partner with senior management and crossfunctional teams to support growth initiatives and improve profitability Implement process improvements and systems that increase efficiency and reporting quality Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline CA ACCA CPA CMA is an advantage 7 10 years relevant experience with minimum 3 4 years in a managerial or senior finance role Strong knowledge of UAE regulations VAT Corporate Tax WPS Experience in FMCG food distribution or startup scaleup environments is desirable Proven leadership a handson working style and meticulous attention to detail Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
