We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing (Contract) for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.
Salary – 30,000 AED / month
Contract Duration – 1 year (own visa required)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of performance marketing experience with at least 4 years in a senior role. Strong expertise in tactical campaign execution across SEM, PPC, paid social, and programmatic.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing. Proficiency in analytics and attribution platforms (Google Analytics / GA4, HubSpot, Data Studio, etc.).
- Experience with CRO, funnel optimization, and marketing automation.
- Background in tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing and performance marketing agency background is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution :
Develop, own, and execute performance marketing strategies across SEM, PPC, paid social, programmatic, and SEO.Translate strategy into tactical, hands-on campaign execution that directly drives bookings, leads, and revenue.Tactical Campaign Management :
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.Implement audience segmentation, bidding strategies, retargeting, and funnel optimization to maximize performance.Ensure campaigns are conversion-focused and revenue-oriented, not only awareness-driven.Own performance KPIs linked to sales and revenue generation.Partner with the e-commerce and sales teams to ensure campaigns generate measurable revenue outcomes.Use CRO (conversion rate optimization) to maximize ROI from digital spend.Analytics, Measurement & Reporting :
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, and platform insights.Provide revenue attribution reporting, demonstrating the impact of performance marketing on sales.Revenue Orientation : Proven ability to drive sales and business growth through marketing.Hands-On Execution : Skilled in tactical campaign setup, management, and optimization.Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical mindset with ROI accountability.Agility & Innovation : Ability to test, pivot, and optimize campaigns quickly for maximum revenue impact.Collaboration : Works effectively across sales, marketing and destinations team.About the Role
The Head of Performance Marketing is responsible for driving measurable business growth through tactical campaign management and revenue-generating performance marketing initiatives. This role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid and organic performance campaigns across digital platforms. With a sharp focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversion, the position ensures that every campaign directly contributes to sales and revenue targets for the company’s corporate and destination brands.
