Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Lead Distribution Specialist to ensure timely and accurate lead assignment to our real estate brokers using our CRM systems. This role is critical to maintaining high lead response rates and maximizing conversion by distributing leads based on broker performance, language, area expertise, and lead urgency.

What You Will Do :

• Distribute incoming leads via CRM systems in a timely and structured manner.
• Assign leads based on broker language, area specialization, past performance, and responsiveness.
• Ensure all new leads are routed without delay to maximize contact speed and conversion potential.
• Monitor unassigned or delayed leads and take corrective action where needed.
• Maintain documentation and logs of all lead distribution activities and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead routing logic based on conversion data.
• Collaborate with team leaders to align distribution with broker capabilities and business goals.
