Legal Adviser - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are a reputable law firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal system in the UAE and be able to provide sound legal advice and support to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters including contracts, disputes, and compliance
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of advice given
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' businesses or cases
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information

Requirements :

Salary : 1200$ (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)

This is a full-time position with standard working hours. Own visa holders are preferred.
