Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
• Order food supplies.
• Design menus.
• Ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts is preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Chef.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP is required.
• Excellent culinary skills with extensive knowledge of international cuisine.
• Strong leadership and management capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
